物料盘能使用多久？
物料盘的使用寿命取决于设备运行次数和使用时间。
在大多数情况下，物料盘的完美打印状态长达1500小时或6个月以上，以先满足的情况为准。
在未人为损坏导致物料盘破损的情况下，良好打印状态使用时长预期在3000-6000小时或1-2年，以先满足的情况为准。
为了延长物料盘的使用寿命，请制定物料盘维护计划，根据使用周期2周-4周区间，彻底并小心的清洁物料盘。以达到物料盘的理想使用预期寿命。
什么情况需要开启或关闭制氧机？
如果设备没有处于打印状态时，可以关闭制氧机减少损耗。
当设备需要开始打印时，需要至少5-10分钟的稳定时间来等待氧气机产生完美的流量和氧气含量，在等待完成后，通过设备上气流表确认气流稳定。
科峰达白蜡机在使用时必须使用氧气机提供氧气，会在透氧膜上形成一层薄薄的氧气层，加快打印过程，减少分离吸力，从而减少总的打印时间和打印效果。
材料可以放在物料盘里多久？怎么清洁物料盘？
推荐在周末和假期给物料盘一个休息时间。
如果材料留在物料盘中，推荐在早上运行前使用硅胶铲搅动混合过夜的材料。如果几天不使用设备，推荐将材料倒出过滤，防止材料受到任何光线照射或进入灰尘等异物。
在倒出材料并过滤后，推荐将过滤的材料单独使用瓶子保存，以免和未使用的材料混合交叉污染，防止设备周围的灰尘和异物影响。在倒出材料时，推荐使用硅胶铲小心的刮下所有材料，以减少浪费。
使用什么工具过滤材料？
在购买材料时我们会赠送一个过滤纸漏斗，请注意过滤后材料新旧分离，以免交叉污染。
如何选择清洗剂？
推荐准备2-3个烧杯和高纯度酒精或IPA（99%以上），方便后续使用超声波清洗工具
材料盘上的碎片难以清洁
友情提示，除了无尘纸、硅胶铲和手套，严禁任何锐利和硬质物体接触物料盘膜，如果在清洁碎屑时遇到任何问题，推荐将材料倒出处理。

How long is the lifespan of the Resin Vat?
The lifespan of the resin vat depends on the frequency of equipment operation and total usage time.
In most cases, the vat remains in "perfect printing condition" for up to 1,500 hours or 6 months, whichever comes first.
Provided there is no manual damage, the expected "good printing condition" lasts between 3,000–6,000 hours or 1–2 years, whichever comes first.
To maximize the vat's lifespan, please establish a maintenance plan to thoroughly and carefully clean the resin vat every 2 to 4 weeks.
When should I turn the Oxygen Generator on or off?
If the equipment is not actively printing, you may turn off the oxygen generator to reduce wear and tear.
When preparing to print, the oxygen generator requires at least 5–10 minutes of stabilization time to produce the ideal flow rate and oxygen concentration.
Once stabilized, confirm the flow via the airflow meter on the device.
The Cophoda White Wax machine must use the oxygen generator during operation. Oxygen forms a thin "dead zone" layer on the oxygen-permeable membrane, which accelerates the printing process and reduces separation suction (pull force), thereby improving print speed and quality.
How long can material stay in the Resin vat? How do I clean it?
It is recommended to give the resin vat a "rest and breathing period" during weekends and holidays by emptying it.
If material is left in the vat overnight, use a silicone scraper to stir and mix the resin thoroughly before running the machine in the morning.
If the device will not be used for several days, it is recommended to pour out and filter the material to prevent exposure to light or contamination from dust and foreign objects.
After filtering, store the used material in a separate bottle to avoid cross-contaminating unused resin.
When emptying the vat, use a silicone scraper to carefully remove all material to minimize waste.
What tools should be used to filter the material?
A paper filter funnel is included as a gift with your material purchase.
Please ensure that you keep filtered (used) material separate from new material to prevent cross-contamination.
How do I choose a cleaning agent?
We recommend preparing 2–3 beakers and using high-purity alcohol (99% or higher), which is convenient for use with ultrasonic cleaning tools.
What if debris on the Resin vat membrane is difficult to clean?
Reminder: Only use dust-free paper, silicone scrapers, and gloves. Strictly prohibit any sharp or hard objects from contacting the resin vat membrane.
If you encounter difficulties cleaning debris, it is recommended to pour out the resin for easier handling.
Cleaning fine debris can be difficult and requires patience and experience.
Note: The warranty does not cover resin vats that have been damaged by improper manual handling.
